What sets your company apart?
We’ve been creating awesome videos for over 20 years.
Our approach has evolved with technology, allowing us to accomplish more with less.
What once took a large crew can be done with a smaller, more efficient team, saving both time and budget.
How do you customize content?
We believe in a personalized approach, where we invest time to truly understand you, your team, and your business.
As we learn more about your brand, we tailor the project to capture the essence of what you’re all about.
What is the typical turn around time?
Simple projects can be done in days.
More complex ones will take longer.
Here’s a typical timeline:
1. Initial Call: 1 day to provide an estimate.
2. Pre-production: 0.5 to 2 days for scripting, scheduling, and planning.
3. Recording: 1 to several days, depending on complexity.

An “About Us” video usually takes 3-6 days.

We can come up with ideas, create the initial script, and if needed secure locations and book actors.
We’ll still need to collaborate on scheduling and get all the moving parts approved.
Can I request changes to the video?
Once you’ve seen the first edit, we offer two rounds of revisions within our initial estimate.
Providing feedback is simple, click the link we provide and make comments right on the video.
Additional revisions are billed hourly.
Can I get a copy of the raw footage?
Raw footage is available at an additional charge, granting you full rights to use the any of the content as you wish.
It’s 30% extra if arranged before the shoot, and 100% of the production cost if decided post-shoot.
Can You edit footage we provide?
We’re happy to review your footage at no charge and assess if we can work with it.
The quality of externally shot footage varies, so an initial review is essential.
What is your payment structure?
For most projects, we require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your booking and begin the pre-production process.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, before the final video files are delivered.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. For larger or more complex projects, we may agree on a custom payment structure with multiple milestones.
