Ocean Llama was brought on board to produce captivating visual content and immersive multimedia experiences.<\/p>\n<p>We meticulously planned and executed the video production process, ensuring that every aspect of the project was tailored to highlight the club&#8217;s unique charm and grandeur. To overcome the challenges posed by the outdoor setting, such as bright backgrounds and limited power sources, we employed field recording solutions typically found on TV sets.<\/p>\n<p>We erected a 12-foot by 12-foot frame with black netting, effectively controlling the background brightness, and utilized battery-powered LED lighting to illuminate the subjects creating a professional, broadcast-quality look.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>To capture the full scope of the sprawling golf course, Ocean Llama employed aerial imaging techniques, utilizing drones to capture stunning video footage and still photography from unique vantage points. This approach not only showcased the course&#8217;s grandeur but also added depth and visual interest to the website.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>To further enhance the visual appeal, time-lapse photography was incorporated, capturing the mesmerizing sunrise over the clubhouse.<\/p>\n<p>The final outcome resulted in a sleek, modern website where over 50% of its page content was made up of video and photography from the shoot. Inspired by the classic inland links courses like Shinnecock Hills and Sand Hills, it was crafted by a passionate group of golfers. Known for its sprawling layout across rolling native grass prairies, Black Sheep features challenging fairways, diverse greens, and over 300 bunkers, shaped by the ever-present and unpredictable Chicago winds. This club stands out for its pure focus on golf, eschewing residential developments or other recreational distractions, embodying the spirit of the game in its purest form.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Members of Black Sheep, affectionately known as \u201cThe Flock,\u201d cherish the club\u2019s unpretentious, camaraderie-driven atmosphere.
